BOUDIN TRAIL

The Taylor girls’ (Myra Preyer’s grand daughters – Candace, Crystal and Robbi Taylor) grew up with Creole roots on their father’s side. One of Candace Taylor’s favorite Creole dishes (outside of gumbo, crawfish etouffe, shrimp creole, and well all Creole food) is boudin (pronounced boo-dan).
